Full live-in management: -

We will provide a complete operational service, running all aspects of your business as if you were there.  This can be for a couple of days or for as long as you require.  Service can be on an adhoc basis or where managers like to take regular breaks.  Contract price is for two people staying on-site in provided accommodation.

Training and Support: -

We know what it is like to be a new manager, swamped by the pressures to learn both how your business functions but also all the applications needed to make it function successfully.  We can provide on-site support to help take the stress out of those early months.

Project Management: -

A complete start to finish service, including producing tender documentation, negotiation with contractors and managing the delivery and installation phases.  Examples of projects are; a/c installation, unit renovations and common property upgrades.  Charge is based on a contract fee to deliver the specified project.  Price will vary according to length and complexity of the project.

Business financial management: -

Financial record management such as setting-up & updating your financial management package, BAS returns, profit & loss analysis and producing net profit figures.

Business operational management: -

Producing professional documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, resident manager reports, and capital project submissions.


Assessment of Resident Manager’s contractual duties: -

Complete time and motion study of both contractual duties as well as tasks necessary to maintain the complex.  The report can then be submiited to the Body Corporate, when re-negotiating remuneration.
